Trainee Terms of Use

When you register for a business account your employees will receive a link to a login page, with a Username and Access Code to access the website for online access to training materials, testing and certification. You may be required to agree to a separate terms and conditions for the fee, and payment for training as set by the Tourism Industry Association of New Brunswick.

The Tourism Industry Association of New Brunswick is a licensed and authorized user of this website. The Tourism Industry Association of New Brunswick is also a licensed authorized user of the Clean It Right training course content and material provided by the Manitoba Tourism Education Council. Inc is the provider of the online training technology and not the owner of the online content. The website is owned and operated by Inc.

A business account allows you to request online training for your employees. An Access Code is only for each specific individual it is created for. Your employees will be required to agree not to share it with anyone else, or have anyone else complete any of your coursework, assignments, testing or sign off. Logins and use of the system are monitored by Inc.

By checking on the agreement box and clicking I Accept at the bottom of this agreement, you are agreeing that you will:

  • Not violate any laws
  • Not enter any profanity, obscene comments or inappropriate language to any page on the website or database.
  • Not share your login credentials (Username and Access Code) with anyone.
  • Not use any automated means to access including any robot, scraping tool or spider to copy content, test questions, other information or any other purpose.
  • Not distribute viruses or other technologies that might harm or the interests, property or computers of other users.
  • Not bypass or attempt to bypass security measures or other measures on
  • Not attempt to or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of

Termination Inc. can terminate or restrict your access to and use of this website immediately and without notice or liability, for any actions deemed inappropriate, at their discretion, and it will not limit any other rights available to Inc. Your access to the website can also be terminated at the direction of your employer or organization that provided you with the Username and Access code without notice or liability.
